Cancellation & Refund Policy March 2025

At Splat Camp, we are committed to providing a positive and enriching experience for all campers. As part of our recent reorganization, we have updated our policies to ensure clarity and fairness, aligning with the standards of other local programs, while supporting the financial health of Splat Camp. These policies are designed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.​

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellations Before May 1, 2025:

    • Full refunds are available for cancellations made on or before May 1, 2025.​

  2. Cancellations Between May 2 and June 1, 2025:

    • Cancellations during this period will incur a $50 fee per canceled week. The remaining balance will be refunded.​

  3. Cancellations After June 1, 2025:

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 1, 2025.​

Swapping Weeks:

  • Requests to switch from one camp week to another are permitted, subject to availability. Such requests must be made at least one week prior to the start date of the originally scheduled session.​

Early Drop-Off and After Care Cancellations:

  • Before 48 Hours: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service will receive a full refund.​

  • Within 48 Hours: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.​

Processing Refunds:

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request.​

Additional Notes:

  • Medical Emergencies: If a camper cannot attend due to a medical emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to reschedule the reservation to other days, provided we receive at least 24 hours' notice. If no mutually agreeable date can be found, we will issue a credit for the cancellation, minus $20 for each date canceled.​

  • COVID-19 Illness: If your child tests positive for COVID-19 or exhibits symptoms, please inform us immediately. We will make every effort to reschedule their camp session to another date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a credit for the missed days, minus a $20 processing fee per day.​

  • Behavioral Dismissals: We expect all campers to adhere to our behavior guidelines, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. If a camper's behavior becomes detrimental to the camp community and they are dismissed for disciplinary reasons, no refunds or credits will be provided.​

  • Program Adjustments: If Splat Camp must adjust activities due to changes in regulations, operating guidelines, or unforeseen circumstances, we will strive to provide alternative programming, which may include online options. When substituted programming options are available, Splat Camp's cancellation policy remains in effect.​
